TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (NOVENA, 6 MONTHS CONTRACT) #HJY

Location: Novena

Duration: 6 months contract (Extension is subjected to vacancy and business needs)

Salary: $11/hr

Working days and hours

- Monday – Friday

- 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break

- Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.

- Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk

- Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call centre department

- Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call centre

- Possess valid vaccinations for MMR/Varicella/COVID

- Min A'Level/Diploma in any discipline
