Customer Support Associate - Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing prompt and courteous assistance to patients and members of the public.
• Respond to patient enquiries and provide accurate information on the clinic's services, procedures, and appointment-related matters.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations for referrals from hospitals, SAF, and CHAS GP clinics.
• Direct enquiries to the appropriate departments or healthcare professionals when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointment details in the relevant systems.
• Ensure all enquiries are handled in accordance with established service standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements.
• Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth patient coordination and service delivery.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience by providing professional and empathetic customer service.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the call centre.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Assistant Clinic Operations Executive or Clinic Operations Executive.

• Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment. Experience in healthcare will be an advantage but is not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
