Roaming Executive (International Partnership)

The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare draft agreements with new carrier/ roaming partners and seek requisite approvals and sign-offs.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders; finance, marketing and legal for roaming related matters such as settlements and commercial update on website.
• Liaise with internal technical team and roaming partners to launch the roaming service by exchanging test sim cards, scheduling tests and ensure the target launch date is met.
• Rate validation: to proactively ensure that roaming partners are applying the agreed Inter-Operator Tariffs (IOT) and that settlement is accurate. Recover potential revenue losses by identifying commitment variances via monthly reports.
• Monthly analysis of the roaming traffic and revenue reports especially from the high ARPU destinations & roaming partners with IOT discount agreements.
• Provide administrative support by preparing roaming statistical reports, number analysis, handling information requests, and performing administrative matters relating to roaming operations.
• Support activities including international and national interconnect voice and SMS.
• Perform roaming testing when required.
• Monitor and analyze roaming trends and assist in development of new roaming services.

The candidate should possess the below qualities to fulfil the needs of the role:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong, effective communication both written and verbal with high level of business communication
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is a self-starter with the ability to quickly understand new concepts.
• Highly adaptable and open to learn new skills
• Excellent team player and great ability to work effectively and autonomously
