About the Role

Are you passionate about property management and enjoy ensuring residential properties are well-maintained and efficiently managed? As a Property Executive (Residential / Strata Management), you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of assigned properties while delivering excellent service to residents and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with contractors, residents, and management teams to maintain high property management standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of assigned residential and/or mixed-development properties.

  • Conduct routine site inspections to ensure common areas are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with relevant regulations.

  • Monitor maintenance, repair, and improvement works to ensure quality standards and project timelines are met.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to residents' and tenants' enquiries, feedback, and service requests.

  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure preventive maintenance and operational issues are addressed efficiently.

  • Prepare and manage repair, maintenance, renovation quotations, reports, invoices, and payment documentation.

  • Support the planning and execution of Council Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other estate-related meetings.

  • Ensure operations comply with relevant legislation, company policies, and property management best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in residential and/or mixed-development property management.

  • Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Property Management, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management, or a related discipline.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, council members, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) and MCST operations will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
