About the role

As a Condominium Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring a seamless, well-maintained living environment for residents. Lead the site team, you'll manage day-to-day operations, foster strong relationships with council members, and ensure that service providers are delivering top-notch performance. In this role, you'll be both a leader and problem solver, driving the estate's success while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

  • Take charge of the site team, set high standards for service quality and create a collaborative, efficient work environment.

  • Ensure the estate operates at peak performance, from maintenance to daily logistics, ensuring residents enjoy a well maintained, comfortable space.

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with council members, residents, and contractors, ensuring everyone's needs are met and expectations exceeded.

  • Oversee the renewal and management of service agreements and insurance policies, ensuring timely updates and optimal contract performance.

  • Ensure full compliance with building laws and regulations, keeping the estate safe, legal, and up to code.

  • Address feedback and complaints quickly, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.

  • Organize and attend council meetings and AGMs, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

  • Manage financial transactions, and develop annual budgets, ensuring strong fiscal control and forward-looking financial planning.

About you

  • At least 5 years of condominium management experience, ideally with exposure to TOP projects, and knowledge of the ins and outs of estate management.

  • Excellent leadership and client relationship skills, with the ability to inspire a team and build strong rapport with residents and council members.

  • Meticulous about ensuring all operations meet legal requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Thrive in dynamic environments, using critical thinking to make smart, fast decisions.

  • Focused on delivering exceptional service to residents and stakeholders, creating a positive, well-maintained community for everyone.
