Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 530pm
Job Scope
- Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company’s manpower acquisition plan and ensuring Corporate objectives are met
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
- Review and draft job placement advertisement
- Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
- Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
- Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system
- Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees’ turnover to identify action plan for improvement
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or any relevant field
- Min. 2-3 years of related working experience
- Preferably with manufacturing/ semiconductor relevant experience
- Good knowledge on employment legislations
