Location: Caldecott
Salary: $30-34/ hr (Locum)
Working Hours: 3 rotating shift
AM Shift - 7am to 2.30pm
PM Shift - 2pm to 9.30pm
Night Shift - 9pm to 7.30am
Job Scope
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the medical and surgical wards.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions, vital signs, and progress.
- Administer medications, treatments, and intravenous therapy as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Min. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Valid SNB & BCLS
