Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Officer to handle student and parent enquiries, provide course consultation, and deliver excellent frontline customer service. You will manage calls, WhatsApp, and emails, ensuring prompt response and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

  • Provide course consultation, enrolment support, and curriculum information

  • Deliver excellent customer service and customer experience

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents

  • Follow up on enquiries and ensure timely issue resolution

  • Coordinate with centre operations and sales team on schedules and availability

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Support administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks

Working Hours

  • 4 Weekdays: 1:15pm – 9:45pm

  • 1 Weekend: 8:15am – 6:45pm

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / NITEC / Diploma in any field

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call centre / retail / education)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
