Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily air-conditioning (ACMV) service, maintenance, and installation schedules
• Coordinate and oversee the daily deployment of other technicians
• Liaise with customers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on service and project progress
• Prepare quotations, service reports, invoices, and related documents
• Conduct site visits when required
• Coordinate the purchase of materials, spare parts, and equipment
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate service records
• Provide administrative and operational support to the service team
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in the air-conditioning (ACMV), M&E, facilities management, or related industry is preferred
• Basic knowledge of ACMV systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
