Fleet Business Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new value chain solutions to improve market share.

• Collect and assess market intelligence, including industry trends and competitor services.

• Analyze feedback on products and services from distributors and dealers.

• Identify service gaps and propose new ideas to enhance offerings.

• Present strategies, project updates, and progress reports to stakeholder groups.

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans and requirements.

• Lead key projects collaboratively with cross-functional teams to boost revenue.

• Ensure project execution aligns with deadlines and objectives.

• Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented strategies.

• Support regional strategies for both short and mid-term goals.

• Conduct profit calculations for the Regional Fleet Rebate scheme by model and country.

• Coordinate meetings with key stakeholders for collaborative planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.

• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.

• Proven capacity for innovative and analytical thinking.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• Strong multitasking and time management skills.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Experience in pricing, profit management, product management, project/business planning, or market research is an advantage.
