Architect

We seek a skilled Architect to enhance our dynamic team in delivering innovative and diverse projects across Singapore. This role allows you to manage exciting ventures from inception to construction, collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and conduct feasibility studies.

• Prepare design presentations, authority submissions, construction drawings, and project documentation.

• Lead and coordinate projects with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.

• Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design quality, functionality, programme, and budget objectives.

• Resolve design and technical issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Administer contracts and support construction activities, including site inspections and coordination meetings.

• Ensure compliance of designs and construction works with relevant codes, regulations, statutory requirements, and project standards.

• Mentor junior team members and foster a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture recognized by the Board of Architects, Singapore.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Registration with the Board of Architects (BOA), Singapore is preferred.

• Proficiency in Archicad or other BIM software.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority submission procedures.

• Familiarity with common procurement methods and contract administration.

• BCA Green Mark or Design for Safety (DfS) certification is an advantage.

• Demonstrates sound design judgment and strong technical capability.

• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Excellent organisational skills, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Adaptability to changing project requirements and capability to perform effectively both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

• Initiative and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
