Purchasing Support Analyst

Core Responsibilities
- Support the Business Services Operations (BSO) performance management reviews and taking initiative in areas of problem solving
- Support execution of Supplier Onboarding, PO processes, purchase requests and ServiceNow tickets in a timely, efficient and accurate manner
- Deliver a high-quality level of service to complex customer queries
- Solve for process efficiency improvements across cross functional areas, including with stakeholder groups such as Accounts Payable and Procurement
- Collaborate on regional projects, including plant production, compliance and localization programs
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders, maintaining an excellent standard of stakeholder management

The Supplier Services (SS) team is a key finance functional area within the BSO unit. The SS team handles operational and tactical tasks towards the LEGO Group's vendors & employees in close cooperation with the rest of the business.
The Purchasing Support team is part of the Supplier Services (SS) department, which covers some parts of the Procure-2-Pay process for the LEGO organization and therefore holds a meaningful role within the Business Service Operations covering APAC & China.
The departmental focus is to
- Make sure we live our partner promise by ensuring timely and accurate handling of purchase orders to LEGO companies in APAC & China
- Ensure that the company is applying agreements and contracts crafted by the procurement department.
- Ensure high quality, stewardship and compliance in global processes
- Mitigate risk of fraud in our purchase processes
Do You Have What It Takes
- Previous working experience as a Procurement or Purchasing support analyst
- Capabilities using SAP, Coupa or other large scale ERP and Excel
- A detail oriented curiosity towards analytics and data
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders independently
- Experience working in highly collaborative environments
- An ability to solve problems and build relationships in a Shared Service environment
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, as this role will work with global, APAC regional and China based entities
