Recruitment Support is a specialist team within HR Operations and the broader Business Services Organisation (BSO) at the LEGO Group. We help shape and maintain the experience for our candidates and provide clear, reliable coordination support to our Global Talent Acquisition team.

Recruitment Support plays an important role in helping spread the joy of the LEGO brand to future colleagues whilst ensuring a positive experience for candidates and supporting our Recruiters in hiring promptly. We value curiosity and an open minded, organised and thoughtful approach to your work

Core Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters, hiring teams and HR colleagues to improve process flow
- Assist Talent Acquisition in job posting activities
- Advise recruitment partners and business peers on maintaining a thoughtful candidate experience
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure process efficiency
- Support HR partners with service requests
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in recruitment coordination, talent coordination or administrative support
- Market exposure to the FMCG or Luxury Goods industry is an advantage
- Comfortable maintaining composure and being organised when handling multiple priorities
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate
- Comfortable organising several priorities and asking for support when needed
- Working knowledge of technology tools including one of the following; Rooster, Workday and/or ServiceNow
- Comfortable supporting APAC and EMEA schedules, with working patterns agreed by the team
