Administrative Support

  • Manage general office administration, including filing, document control, and record management.

  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative paperwork

  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer and company databases.

  • Generate periodic reports and provide administrative support for audits and compliance requirements.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and provide updates on service status.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

    Requirements

    • Diploma, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification.

    • 1–3 years of experience in administration and/or customer service roles.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
