Construction Site Supervisor

• Supervise daily construction site operations and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, and equipment on site.
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve site issues promptly.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare site reports, work progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, and company safety requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Experience in civil engineering, building construction, or piling projects is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and safety procedures.
• Able to read construction drawings and communicate effectively with the project team.
• Possess relevant safety certificates (e.g. BCSS, CSOC, WSH courses) is preferred.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
