IT Technician Executive

Location: International Plaza (Directly Above Tanjong Pagar MRT)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: SGD 3,000 – SGD 3,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • System & Hardware Maintenance: Set up, configure, and maintain employee workstations, laptops, printers, office network equipment, and telecommunication systems.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal IT issues, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity problems promptly.
  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor and manage server stability, local area networks (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi connectivity, and cloud-based systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, internal corporate databases).
  • Data Security & Backup: Implement and monitor daily system backups, manage firewall configurations, and ensure robust antivirus and cybersecurity measures are strictly maintained to protect sensitive corporate data.
  • Software Deployment: Oversee the installation, licensing, and updates of all corporate software applications, ensuring full compliance with software licensing laws.
  • IT Asset Procurement: Manage the inventory of all IT assets, evaluate hardware/software upgrade requirements, and liaise with external vendors for procurement and technical escalation.
  • Policy Enforcement: Assist management in drafting, implementing, and enforcing internal IT security and data protection protocols across the firm.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an IT support, systems administration, or IT technician role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma with certification, or equivalent qualifications in IT technician work.

  • Technical Proficiency

    • Strong working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.

    • Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, and Switches).

    • Experience managing cloud environments (Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Azure, or Google Workspace).

    Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to maintaining system stability.
