Key Responsibilities

  • Student Advising & Admissions: Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective local and international students, guiding them through course options, entry requirements, and the application process.
  • Lead Management: Reach out to leads generated from our website, social media, and educational events to schedule consultation sessions.
  • Admissions Administration: Assist students with document submission and enrollment paperwork.
  • Event Support: Participate in and support roadshows, education fairs, open houses, and campus information sessions.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure all student enrollment procedures and communications strictly adhere to the regulatory guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Education: min. Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Bi-lingual fluency to confidently assist diverse local and international applicants.
  • Learning Mindset: A strong willingness to learn, adapt, and receive training in sales techniques, student counseling, and institutional systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the private education landscape in Singapore and knowledge of local regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
