Job Summary

As a data scientist, you will solve complex business challenges by developing effective data-driven solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to strategic data science projects by selecting and implementing algorithms to solve high-impact business problems
  • Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of data science solutions developed by your team
  • Improve team workflows, processes, and technical methods to elevate overall project quality and adherence to best practices
  • Review peer work to maintain high standards and consistency across deliverables
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to co-create valuable, data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals
  • Apply MLOps frameworks to manage end-to-end model development and deployment in cloud environments such as AWS
  • Design and execute deep learning algorithms and AI engineering techniques, including transformer models, reinforcement learning, neural embeddings, and GenAI system development using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
  • Perform data engineering tasks for data science projects, including ELT processes, structured data transformation, and database management
  • Communicate complex data insights effectively through visualization and clear reporting
  • Develop and maintain robust programming solutions using Python, R, SQL, and Shell scripting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative fields
  • Minimum 3 years of active data science experience with reputable employers
  • Proficiency in structured problem-solving frameworks such as MECE and root cause analysis
  • Experience with multi-criteria decision analysis, optimization, and statistical modeling
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within diverse teams
