We’re an interior styling and sourcing studio that helps spaces feel complete, personal and lived in. Through furniture, lighting, artwork, décor and thoughtful styling, we transform renovated spaces into homes that feel warm, effortless and uniquely their own.

We’re looking for an Assistant Interior Stylist & Sourcing Coordinator to join our team.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us. As a young and growing studio, we’re hoping to find someone who shares our passion for interiors and styling, and who could become a long-term part of the PIICKLE journey.

What you’ll be doing

•⁠ ⁠Assist with styling for residential and commercial projects

•⁠ ⁠Source furniture, décor, artwork and accessories from local and overseas suppliers

•⁠ ⁠Research products, pricing and availability

•⁠ ⁠Visit furniture showrooms and suppliers

•⁠ ⁠Prepare mood boards and styling presentations

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate orders, deliveries and supplier communications

•⁠ ⁠Help during installation and styling days

•⁠ ⁠Organise styling props, samples and project materials

•⁠ ⁠Assist with photoshoots and content creation

•⁠ ⁠Support the founders with day-to-day project tasks

We’re looking for someone who

•⁠ ⁠Has a genuine passion for interiors, furniture and styling

•⁠ ⁠Has a good eye for colour, proportion and detail

•⁠ ⁠Is organised, proactive and reliable

•⁠ ⁠Enjoys researching products and discovering unique pieces

•⁠ ⁠Doesn’t mind getting hands-on during installations

•⁠ ⁠Is comfortable travelling around Singapore for supplier visits and site installations

•⁠ ⁠Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team

•⁠ ⁠Has experience in interior design, styling, architecture or a related field (a bonus, but not essential)

About the role

This is a project-based position with PIICKLE.

Rather than a fixed monthly salary, remuneration is project-based, with earnings depending on the size and scope of each project. You’ll work closely with our founders throughout the entire process—from sourcing and planning to installation and photoshoots—and be an important part of our team whenever projects are active.
