Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Alternate Weekly Schedule
- Wed – Sat / Thu – Sat
- OR Sun – Tue / Sun – Wed
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff during daily operations.
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
- Train and coach new and existing employees.
- Motivate the team to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Provide guidance and resolve operational issues
