  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures.
  • Manage office operations, procurement, and asset administration.
  • Oversee employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes.
  • Coordinate payroll preparation, leave administration, and attendance records.
  • Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Police Regulatory Department (PRD), and other relevant Singapore regulations.
  • Support recruitment, interview coordination, and staff documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, auditors, and government agencies.
  • Prepare management reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support management in business planning and operational improvements.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Management.
