Administrative Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Supervise and guide the administrative team to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and review administrative policies and procedures.
- Manage office operations, procurement, and asset administration.
- Oversee employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administrative processes.
- Coordinate payroll preparation, leave administration, and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the Police Regulatory Department (PRD), and other relevant Singapore regulations.
- Support recruitment, interview coordination, and staff documentation.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, auditors, and government agencies.
- Prepare management reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
- Monitor administrative expenses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Support management in business planning and operational improvements.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
