About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage and oversee social media and website content for Heartland Enterprise Centre Singapore (HECS) and HeyHeartlands brand. The role focuses on managing digital marketing agencies, coordinate content production, oversee website and social media platforms, ensure brand consistency, and monitor campaign performance.
Most creative production will be outsourced to appointed agencies, while the Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for quality assurance, project coordination, digital governance and performance reporting. Working closely with HECS Business Advisors, merchants, external agencies and vendors, you will play an important role in strengthening HECS' brand awareness, improving merchant engagement and supporting the organisation's digital communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
· Manage overall content calendar for HECS and HeyHeartlands
· Coordinate with appointed agencies on content planning, production and scheduling
· Review all content to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with HECS' branding and communication guidelines
· Coordinate merchant approvals before publication
· Schedule and publish approved content across digital platforms
· Develop simple ad hoc social media content when required
· Monitor comments, enquiries and engagement across all platforms
Agency & Vendor Management
· Serve as the primary liaison between HECS and appointed marketing agencies
· Monitor project timelines and deliverables
· Review agency deliverables and provide timely feedback
· Ensure agencies meet agreed KPIs, quality standards and service levels
· Coordinate website vendors on enhancements, maintenance and troubleshooting
Website & Digital Platforms
· Manage HECS website content and updates
· Coordinate website enhancements, maintenance and future development
· Ensure website information remains accurate and up to date
· Manage landing pages, campaign pages and programme announcements
· Maintain website content structure and user experience
· Coordinate implementation of SEO recommendations provided by appointed agencies
· Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Quality Control & Reporting
· Ensure content quality across all platforms. Such as English and Chinese subtitles are aligned
· Maintain brand consistency (tone, corporate positioning)
· Track posting schedule and content pipeline
· Track and report on key metrics including follower growth, engagement rate, post reach, and monthly click-through rates
· Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Digital Governance & Asset Management
· Maintain and organize digital asset libraries including photos, videos, design files and campaign materials
· Manage user access for digital platforms and maintain updated records of account ownership
· Ensure proper version control and archiving of digital assets
· Maintain documentation relating to websites, social media platforms, campaigns and digital systems
· Support business continuity by ensuring digital assets and documentation are properly maintained

Singapore Citizens or Singapore PRs are eligible to apply
Qualifications & Experience
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline, with 2–4 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in digital marketing, communications or related projects; or
· Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline, with 5–7 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in digital marketing, communications or related projects.
Technical Skills
· Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and YouTube.
· Experience using website content management systems(WordPress preferred).
· Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and basic SEO principles.
· Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office.
· Basic photo and video editing skills using Canva,CapCut or equivalent tools.

· Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
· Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements
