Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-dayadministrative and clerical support to the office and management team
  • Handle incomingcalls, emails, mail, and general correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain and updatefiling systems, records, databases, and office documentation
  • Prepare letters,reports, invoices, and other business documents as required
  • Coordinate meetings,appointments, and staff schedules
  • Monitor officesupplies and arrange replenishment when necessary
  • Assist with dataentry, document submission, and record management
  • Support basic HR andaccounting administrative functions
  • Manage and assistdrivers’ petty cash
  • Ensure proper upkeepof office administration processes and procedures
  • Supportthe Head of Department with various administrative duties as assigned.
  • Diploma,Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
  • Atleast 2 years of administrative experience. Experience in the constructionindustry is an advantage.
  • Proficientin Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Goodverbal and written communication skills
  • Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workeffectively
  • Meticulous,responsible, and able to work independently
  • Positiveattitude and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
