Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-dayadministrative and clerical support to the office and management team
- Handle incomingcalls, emails, mail, and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Maintain and updatefiling systems, records, databases, and office documentation
- Prepare letters,reports, invoices, and other business documents as required
- Coordinate meetings,appointments, and staff schedules
- Monitor officesupplies and arrange replenishment when necessary
- Assist with dataentry, document submission, and record management
- Support basic HR andaccounting administrative functions
- Manage and assistdrivers’ petty cash
- Ensure proper upkeepof office administration processes and procedures
- Supportthe Head of Department with various administrative duties as assigned.
- Diploma,Higher NITEC, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
- Atleast 2 years of administrative experience. Experience in the constructionindustry is an advantage.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Goodverbal and written communication skills
- Strongorganizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workeffectively
- Meticulous,responsible, and able to work independently
- Positiveattitude and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced,high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
