General Manager (Administrative)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's daily administrative operations.
- Oversee HR, office administration, procurement, and IT support.
- Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, ACRA, IRAS, and other government requirements.
- Develop and improve company policies and work processes.
- Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.
- Manage company licences, insurance, contracts, and important records.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Lead and supervise the administrative team.
- Prepare reports for Management.
- Handle any other duties assigned by the Directors.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Singapore construction industry.
- Good knowledge of MOM, BCA, ACRA, and other local regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- 5.5 work/week
- Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
- Saturday (9 AM to 1 PM)
