Digital Marketing Executive

· Develop new business opportunities through B2B and B2C sales.
· Conduct regular visits to Interior Designers (ID), renovation contractors, developers and other business partners to introduce the company's products and establish long-term partnerships.
· Identify new residential developments (BTO, condominiums, landed properties and new housing projects) and actively promote the company's products to homeowners and prospective buyers.
· Generate new sales leads through outdoor prospecting, site visits, networking and referrals.
· Attend exhibitions, roadshows and industry events to increase brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
·Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and sales performance.
·Create engaging marketing content, including graphics, videos, and promotional copy.
·Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
·Manage social media accounts and grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
·Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
·Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities.
·Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals.
·Manage influencer/KOL collaborations and affiliate marketing campaigns.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
· Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is preferred.
· Familiar with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other advertising platforms.
· Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or video editing tools.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
