Site supervisor cum plumber

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Construction Manager cum Plumber to oversee renovation and construction projects while performing plumbing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting works when required. The successful candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site management, quality control, manpower supervision, and ensuring all plumbing works comply with Singapore regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Management

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise renovation and construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Manage daily site operations and ensure works are completed according to project schedule.
• Coordinate with homeowners, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and site records.
• Schedule and coordinate different trades to minimize delays.
• Monitor project costs, material usage, and labour productivity.
• Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Plumbing Works

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply, sanitary, and drainage systems.
• Install water heaters, sanitary fittings, kitchen sinks, taps, toilets, floor traps, and related plumbing fixtures.
• Perform testing and commissioning of plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing defects and leakage issues.
• Read plumbing and construction drawings accurately.
• Ensure plumbing works comply with PUB regulations and Singapore Codes of Practice.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and emergency plumbing repairs when required.
