Job Description & Requirements

6 Days work week (Including Saturday and Sunday, 1 weekday off)

Working Hours: 6am-10pm with breaks in between.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
  • To achieve contact and collaborations with the different stakeholders in the tourism sector (example tour agencies, tour guides, hotels, companies.
  • Generate revenue among the contacts in the extensive networking, including through upselling and cross-selling to the different contacts in your networks.
  • Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners.
  • Work with BD Sales team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and retail tourism sales.
  • Work closely with inbound agents to receive daily schedules and monitor driver movement.
  • Work with team to update weekly, monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation.
  • Work closely with STB & In-market agents for business development

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Tourism Management or in Business relevant fields
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience in Business Development/Planning, sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
