You will support daily operations by accurately entering data, organizing documents, packing products, preparing delivery orders, managing inventory counts, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Enter system data accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
• Scan and organize documents to ensure easy retrieval and proper filing
• Pack products carefully to prepare for timely and safe delivery
• Prepare delivery orders and shipping documents to support logistics processes
• Conduct inventory counts and stock checks to verify product availability
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstock
• Assist with daily operational and administrative duties as assigned to support team functions
