- Support ophthalmic surgeons in operating rooms, including preparing surgical suites, instruments, and supplies, and ensuring adherence to infection control protocols.
- Pre-operative assessment, patient preparation, intra-operative assistance, and post-operative monitoring and education. T
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting safe, efficient surgical workflows.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to delivering patient-centered eye care.
Requirements
- min. Diploma in Nursing and above
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Advanced Diploma in Peri-operative Nursing is an advantage.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and infection control standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment and adapt to new technologies and surgical techniques.
