Urgent Hiring: Sales Engineer, Steel Fabrication (Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical Industry)

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the precision machining and sheet metal fabrication industry.

• Conduct customer site visits to assess project requirements, perform on-site measurements, and prepare sketches for fabrication and reverse engineering purposes.

• Provide technical consultation by recommending suitable fabrication solutions based on customers' requirements and mechanical engineering expertise.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing projects independently.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation, and project handover.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• ITC/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or technical experience in sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, or a related mechanical engineering industry.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of stainless steel fabrication is essential.

• Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication methods, and manufacturing processes.

• Experience in conducting on-site measurements and preparing fabrication sketches.

• Prior exposure to high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom industries (e.g., Semiconductor or Pharmaceutical) will be an added advantage.
