Admin cum Sales Coordinator

Job Description

  • Support the Sales Department in carrying out day to day administrative duties
  • Maintain an organized filing system for paper and electronic documents.
  • Prepare sales order reports and other documentation as requested by the internal sales team

Requirement

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in admin
  • Preferred Diploma holder or minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • The ideal candidate is a nice, friendly person, able to multi-task and work independently.
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (8.45 am – 5.40 pm), Sat (8.45am - 12.45 pm)
