Job Summary

Lead the company's training function by developing and delivering training programs that enhance employees' technical skills, product knowledge, customer service, and sales performance while ensuring consistent service standards across all outlets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs and materials to improve employee skills and knowledge aligned with company goals
  • Conduct onboarding, refresher, and product training to ensure staff competency and consistent service delivery
  • Coach and assess staff performance to identify skill gaps and support professional development
  • Ensure staff compliance with company SOPs and service standards to maintain quality across all outlets
  • Support new product launches and outlet openings by providing targeted training and operational readiness
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis and recommend actionable improvement plans
  • Monitor training effectiveness using relevant metrics and maintain accurate training records for reporting
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, and Marketing teams to align training initiatives with business objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the beauty industry, including at least 3 years in a training or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare products, and sales techniques
  • Excellent coaching, presentation, communication, and leadership skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel between outlets as required
