$50/hr – Locum Pharmacist, 1 year contract (Mon-Fri, Alternate Sat; Flexible Schedule!) #HCGE

o Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe pharmaceutical care.

o Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.

o Provide medication counselling and educate patients on the proper use of medications.

o Deliver outpatient pharmacy services and support medication management.

o Respond to medication-related enquiries from patients and healthcare professionals.

o Provide drug information and promote the safe and effective use of medicines.

o Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.

o Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards.

o Minimum Degree in Pharmacy

o Minimal 1 year pharmacist experience

o Must be able to commit at least 3 to 5.5 days a week
