Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
- Min. N-level certificate required.
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Candidates without healthcare or customer service experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- Passion in healthcare or customer service-related fields, keen to be in close contact with patients.
