Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity and quality standards are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections and report work progress to the Project Manager.
• Identify and resolve site issues related to manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or theft.
• Issue materials to site personnel based on approved material requisitions.
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material issue/receipt logs.
• Perform regular stock checks and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor material consumption and notify management when stock replenishment is required.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of tools, equipment, and assets issued to workers.
• Prepare daily site reports, inventory reports, and material usage reports.
• Ensure the site store remains clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety requirements.
• Assist with project documentation and other duties assigned by management.
