Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-related projects from initiation through implementation.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project plans, including schedules, risks, dependencies, and project milestones.
- Coordinate project activities across business users, data teams, IT, and governance stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
- Work closely with analysts to prepare project updates, monitor progress, and support user adoption after implementation.
- Manage external vendors to ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Track project performance and recommend continuous improvements based on project outcomes.
Requirements
- Degree qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience managing data analytics, business intelligence, or data-related projects.
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Good understanding of data concepts, including dashboards, data warehouses, data pipelines, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
