Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Shaping, do icing, toppings, fillings for bread,
- Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, colour, and taste of the baked goods.
- Kneading, cutting, shaping of the doughs.
- Basic cake decoration including preparation of icing and toppings.
- Washing and cleaning of utensils/ equipment (e.g., ovens).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area.
- Collaborate with other bakers/ kitchen staffs to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production.
- Any other ad-hoc duties a

- Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience in bakery profession.
- Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to produce the baked items consistently.
- Ability to work efficiently in a hot and humid, and fast-paced environment.
- Able to work as early as 7am, during weekends, public holidays and overtime hours when required.
