Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement operational best practices to reduce waste and cut costs.
- Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, forecast financial needs, and examine reports to improve overall profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise employees. Evaluate staff performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce company policies, ensuring all daily activities comply with relevant legal and safety regulations.
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with suppliers, oversee inventory levels, and manage facility efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in an operations management role, often 2 or more years.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, conflict management, data analysis, and proficiency with business productivity software.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams.
