Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to gather requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, user experience, operational efficiency, and sales effectiveness.
  • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionalities based on evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Provide day-to-day system administration, user support, troubleshooting, and access management.
  • Design and implement business processes that improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation, technical specifications, application flowcharts, and data dictionaries.
  • Support Salesforce enhancement projects and contribute to the CRM development roadmap.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system best practices.
  • Conduct user training and develop standard operating procedures where required.
  • Participate in project initiatives and other business improvement activities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or another relevant discipline.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience administering Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and business process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and stakeholder requirement gathering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Healthcare industry or regional business experience will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Coding or software development experience is not required.
