Admin Assistant (9-month contract, 4.5 day work week)

Salary: Up to 4k

Responsibilities

1. Shipment & Delivery Coordination

  • Review and process invoices accurately and within the required timeline.
  • Coordinate delivery of raw materials and receiving of finished goods
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), manage shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve non-conformance issues efficiently.

2. Inventory & Transaction Management

  • Process inventory transactions, including goods receipts and issues, sample requests, stock adjustments, and scrapping activities.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all transactions are updated promptly in the system.
  • Generate and compile monthly inventory reports and other operational reports.

3. Administrative Support

  • Manage expense recovery and inter-company billing processes.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to commit till 30 April 2027 (9-month contract)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics, inventory and warehousing management
  • Diploma or equivalent.
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and organising skills
  • Proficient in Excel and hands-on knowledge of SAP system

Location: North Bridge Road

Working hours: 4.5 day work week (Hybrid)
