Lead and execute Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY) version upgrades, migrations, and technical implementations.
Perform installation, configuration, environment setup, deployment, and patch management of the RAY platform.
Analyze existing environments and develop upgrade and migration strategies with minimal business disruption.
Configure and maintain application environments across Development, UAT, and Production.
Develop and optimize SQL, PL/SQL scripts, and Oracle database objects to support RAY implementations.
Design, develop, and support ETL processes and data integration workflows.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to application performance, data processing, and platform functionality.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams during implementation and release activities.
Perform system validation, testing, and production support after upgrades.
Prepare technical documentation, installation guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge transfer documentation.
Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and change management processes.
Provide technical support for production incidents and system enhancements.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services technology projects.
Hands-on experience with Moody's RiskAuthority (RAY) platform.
Strong experience in RAY version upgrades, migration, installation, and configuration.
Experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL development.
Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem and big data technologies.
Strong Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
Experience in ETL development and data integration.
Good understanding of application deployment and environment management.
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.
