Legal Specialist (Suntec / MNC)

Manage contract repository.
Draft and review contracts, legal documents, and correspondence.
Support contract negotiations and transactions.
Provide legal advice to stakeholders on risks and legal issues.
Monitor and identify legal issues as they arise, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
Support dispute resolution and legal proceedings when required.
Provide legal and compliance training to stakeholders.
Support the implementation of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or equivalent regulations across affiliates in the Asia region.
Coordinate and collaborate with external legal counsel and internal departments as needed.
Conduct legal research.
Support ISO and ISCC-related matters.
Assist with compliance and corporate governance matters.
Handle other ad hoc administrative, legal, and compliance-related tasks.

Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal work.
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a Diploma in Legal Studies, Law and Management, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
High level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
Good understanding of Company Law, Contract Law, and Data Privacy Law.
Ability to conduct legal research effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent drafting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
