Job Summary

Perform supervisory duties in a non-air-conditioned environment, ensuring smooth operations, managing maintenance, customer service, and coordinating staff and suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management in daily operational tasks to maintain efficient restaurant functioning
  • Deliver responsive customer service by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Arrange and schedule regular maintenance and perform routine inspections on equipment
  • Troubleshoot technical and service issues on various appliances to ensure smooth and productive operations
  • Act as assessor for confined space tasks when required, ensuring safety and compliance
  • Remain on standby with company mobile to respond to emergency situations, especially after midnight
  • Coordinate with suppliers to manage stock ordering and delivery schedules accurately
  • Guide part-time staff on proper stock arrangement and timely replenishment
  • Safely handle and carry items weighing up to 25 kg as needed
  • Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management to support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to work night shifts from 2pm to 10PM daily
  • Capability to work under stress and tight schedules
  • Experience in service or maintenance roles preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime on short notice to cover colleagues’ absences
  • Willingness to work at varying locations with public transport expenses reimbursed
