Job Description & Requirements
- Full-time- 5.5 working days a week
- 1 year contract first
- Able to commence work ASAP
- Strong fundamental knowledge of HVAC system, equipment (Chiller / AHU and FCU replacement) and Control logic (BMS system)
- At least 5 yrs experience in retrofitting jobs.
- Expecting night work for AHU and FCU replacement.
- Ensuring that replacement schedule agreed between the client and the contractor prior to each project commencing, updated as required to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicating and present work procedure (Method Of Statement) to customer.
- Project documentation and ability to produce quality Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
- Weekly 44 Hours
