SCOPE OVERVIEW
- Manage and oversee New Business and Policy Servicing cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a key liaison with underwriting, customer care, finance, IT, and distribution channels to resolve complex cases, enquiries, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure adherence to operational controls, service standards, and governance requirements, while driving improvements in turnaround time and service quality.
- Participate in and support system enhancements and transformation initiatives, including requirement gathering, impact assessment, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify inefficiencies and drive process/automation improvements, while monitoring performance trends and providing insights to enhance operational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in related fields
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in life insurance operations or policy servicing preferred
- Ability to process transactions with accuracy and deliver within service standards
- Good time management skills, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
- Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen to learn with positive work attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
