Technician, Engineering

Oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in our

Serviced Residence. You will have close collaborations with colleagues from the

different Departments including Guest Service and Housekeeping to provide a

smooth and pleasant stay for all our residents. You will report directly to the Manager or Assistant Manager of Engineering

Responsibilities

1. Maintain good physical conditions of the building and ensure that the

building essential needs such as domestic water, electrical, air conditioning

and ventilation system are of good working condition

2. Conduct general maintenance works such as, air-conditioning servicing(HVAC),plumbing facilities, electrical lightings switches, AV system, painting,patching of walls, carpentry, and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operations

3. Perform routine preventive maintenance program

4. Check and inspect the building's machinery and equipment

5. Respond and priorities maintenance requisitions (MWO) and residents’

requests to ensure they receive quality service and furnishings

6. Perform related tasks as assigned

7. Perform rotating shift and 24 hours standby ( Include night shift and Public Holiday )

8.First Aid & AED ,CSOC, Work at Height, Emergency Respond,Boom lift and Scissor lift certified preferred.

9.Perform all tasks that are assigned by our management.
