CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed according to project schedules.

Assign and monitor the work of contractors and site workers.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor site progress and prepare daily or weekly progress reports.

Resolve site issues and implement corrective actions where necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and relevant regulations.

Attend site meetings and provide updates to management.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Experience in construction site supervision or contractor coordination.

Good knowledge of construction processes and site operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to read and interpret construction drawings is an advantage.

Familiar with workplace safety practices and regulations.

Able to work independently and under pressure to meet project deadlines.
