Responsibilities

  • Support business units in the preparation of annual budgets and the review of consolidated budgets.
  • Assist in the development of business cases, financial models, and expenditure proposals to support business decisions.
  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and budget variance reporting.
  • Coordinate committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
  • Assist with ad hoc finance-related projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5 years of practical experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, or financial planning.
  • Experience in financial modelling, business case preparation, or expenditure analysis will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive work attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
