Locum Clinical Pharmacist (1-Year Contract) #HZTK

Location: Polyclinics (Islandwide)

Salary: $50/hour

Operating Hours

• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm
• Alternate Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm / 8.30am – 12.30pm

Working Schedule

• Flexible schedule available
• 3, 4, 5 or 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays for 5.5-day schedule)

Candidates will be based at a Polyclinic but must be willing to travel to other polyclinics when required for operational coverage.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide quality dispensing services and pharmaceutical care.
• Provide Outpatient Pharmacy Services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS).
• Provide medication counselling to patients.
• Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and respond to medication-related enquiries from the public.

Requirements

• Registered Clinical Pharmacist.
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical pharmacist experience
