Production Supervisor [Electronics Manufacturing| West] RRKC

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, lead a production team, and ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

• Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to maximize productivity and improve production efficiency.

• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with work instructions, quality standards, and operating procedures.

• Investigate and resolve production issues, equipment problems, and quality concerns in a timely manner.

• Lead, coach, and supervise production operators, including training, performance management, and skill development.

• Promote and maintain 6S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Coordinate routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and conduct regular safety inspections and briefings.

• Update and maintain production records using production management systems.

• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry or similar

• Experience in setting up new production operations or production lines.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to lead and motivate production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proven ability to manage urgent production issues and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
